• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to assess clients' needs and devise individualized treatment plans.
• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, which may include risk assessments, safety planning, and immediate therapeutic support.
• Advocate for clients' rights and assist them in connecting with community resources for additional support.
• Monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary, and document all care activities in compliance with regulations.
• Participate actively in community outreach programs to raise awareness of mental health issues and promote available resources.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that may include individuals experiencing mental health crises, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions. Your ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of clients from various backgrounds will be crucial in supporting their recovery journeys and improving their overall mental health outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Fundamental understanding of ethical practices in the field of social work and mental health.

• Prior experience in a community mental health setting or detox facility is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence.
• Strong skills in crisis intervention, assessment, and therapeutic communication.
