As a remote position primarily within a detox center, you will collaborate with a diverse team focused on providing thorough and empathetic care. • Engage directly with clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, working both in the office and within the community.
• Participate actively as a member of a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared objectives, collaborating closely with healthcare professionals and support staff.
• Conduct initial assessments, screenings, and subsequent treatments, ensuring that each plan is tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Implement and monitor integrated care plans, facilitating access to necessary services, and maintaining communication with clients, families, and providers.
• Provide therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy, guided by evidence-based practices and developmental considerations.
• Assist with crisis intervention efforts, managing urgent situations effectively while ensuring client safety.
• Ensure timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, meeting all required regulations and standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees, contributing to the enhancement of service delivery within the agency.

You will work primarily with individuals in recovery from substance use and those grappling with co-occurring disorders. This population often includes diverse backgrounds and experiences, emphasizing the need for culturally responsive and ethical practice. As a clinician, your insights into their unique challenges will guide the development of effective treatment strategies, promoting resilience and empowering clients to achieve their recovery goals.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) or a related field is required, with a current LCSW licensure.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience, ideally in mental health or addiction services.
• Extensive knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies pertaining to mental health and substance use disorders.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage a caseload effectively and meet established deadlines.

• Prior experience in a detox or rehabilitation setting is preferred, as well as familiarity with integrated care models.
• Demonstrated competency in working with a diverse range of clients, understanding various cultural and social influences on health and wellness.
• Knowledge of best practices in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and treatment planning.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
