  • SAFe Release Train Engineer Certification external is mandatory
  • Proven ability to lead crossfunctional Agile teams in insurance transformation programs
  • Deep understanding of SAFe principles LeanAgile mindset and Agile delivery frameworks
  • Strong facilitation coaching and conflictresolution skills
  • Familiarity with Jira Agile lifecycle management tools
  • Facilitate ART ceremonies including PI Planning Scrum of Scrums System Demos and Inspect Adapt workshops
  • Align ART objectives with business goals in commercial lines specialty insurance and digital broker ecosystems
  • Collaborate with Product Management System Architects and Business Owners to resolve dependencies and prioritize features
  • Drive continuous improvement and delivery predictability across insurance platforms and services
  • Monitor ART health using metrics relevant to insurance KPIs eg quotetobind ratios claims cycle time
  • Coach Agile teams and leaders on SAFe principles and LeanAgile practices tailored to insurance workflows
