Role Description The Claim Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Sachse, TX. In this role, the specialist reviews, processes, and manages dental insurance claims, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission. Day-to-day tasks include verifying patient coverage, resolving claim discrepancies, following up on outstanding claims, and coordinating with insurance carriers and internal teams. The Claim Specialist communicates regularly with providers, front office staff, and patients to clarify benefits, explain claim statuses, and support resolution of billing issues. This role also involves maintaining detailed records, using practice management and insurance portals, and contributing to continuous improvement of claims workflows.
