Position Details:
Order to Cash Sales & Customer Fulfillment F-SME -Hybrid- Dublin, OH
Location : Dublin, OH 43017 Hybrid
Project Duration : 12 months
Pay Rate : $55 - $60 an hour on W2
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the business process expert for Order-to-Cash functions (customer management, order processing, fulfillment, billing, returns, credit management, customer service).
• Provide detailed knowledge of current sales, distribution, and customer service processes.
• Participate in fit-to-standard workshops and evaluate SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Review and validate business requirements, process designs, configuration decisions, and functional specifications.
• Support testing (SIT/UAT), data migration validation, and cutover preparation.
• Support change management, user training, and adoption activities.
Required Skills:
• S/4 Finance certification preferred.
• 5+ years of expertise in SD, MM, EWM, Logistics, Sales Planning, Inventory Management.
• Expert in Sales & Sales operations industry experience; end-to-end process knowledge.
• Knowledge in SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM required.

-Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
-Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility
-Participate in data conversion and data maintenance
-Provide best practice and industry specific solutions
-Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions
-Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
-Participate as a team member of the functional team
-Perform other duties as assigned.
