Job description

About Lavu, Inc.
Lavu helps profitable high-growth restaurants run seamlessly and move money effortlessly-maximizing control, eliminating fees, and increasing profitability. We unify restaurant operations and finance into one simple, easy-to-use platform so owners can run, pay, get paid, and grow.
We're transforming how restaurants operate with our mobile/cloud POS across fine dining, QSR, bars, cafes, pizzerias, and food trucks in 80+ countries. Our mission: partner with owners through knowledge, solutions, and expertise that accelerate growth while advancing the industry.
Sell the SaaS That Optimizes Every Restaurant Operation
Lavu is hiring a National AE to sell AI-powered marketing and operations SaaS to restaurants that are ready to grow. Big territory. Uncapped upside. Real products.
Base + Uncapped Commission | AI-Powered Platform | National Territory | SaaS for Restaurants
Restaurant owners don't lack ambition. They lack time, tools, and data.
Most of them are flying blind - Guessing on promotions, and watching revenue walk out the door on slow nights.
You're going to fix that.
As Lavu's Marketing & SaaS AE, you'll sell a platform that plugs directly into a restaurant's POS data and turns it into automated, revenue-driving marketing - powered by Marty, our built-in AI. You don't have to convince anyone marketing matters. You just have to show them it can run itself.
What You're Really Selling
  • AI-Automated Guest Marketing
  • Loyalty & Retention Tools
  • POS-Driven Campaign Intelligence

Unified SaaS Platform - POS, payments, marketing, and analytics in one system.
Why Lavu Wins the Conversation
  • 80+ countries running on the Lavu platform
  • 1 unified platform - POS, payments, and marketing
  • AI - Marty turns POS data into action, daily

Your Role
  • Prospect, qualify, and close restaurant groups, multi-unit operators, and growth-minded independents
  • Run consultative, demo-driven sales cycles that connect Lavu's marketing tools to each prospect's real revenue gaps
  • Work inbound leads from marketing campaigns alongside self-sourced outbound pipeline
  • Partner with marketing to refine messaging, identify ICP patterns, and feed what you learn back into the funnel
  • Manage deals end-to-end in HubSpot and forecast accurately against quota
  • Close, hand off to onboarding, and set accounts up for expansion - you care about customer outcomes, not just signatures

Who Thrives Here
  • 3+ years closing SaaS or marketing tech - you understand subscription sales and multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience selling into restaurants, hospitality, or SMB/multi-unit operators is a strong plus
  • You sell on value and ROI, not features - you can translate platform capability into real business impact
  • Comfortable running your own national pipeline with minimal supervision
  • Sharp communicator - you can simplify complex technology for an owner who's been on their feet since 6 AM
  • HubSpot or equivalent CRM experience; you keep your pipeline clean and your forecasts honest
  • Competitive and coachable in equal measure

What You Get
  • Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission - A structure built for high performers. The ceiling is yours to break.
  • Sales Training & Real Coaching - Not just a script. Ongoing development that makes you sharper every quarter.
  • National Territory & Career Upside - Grow with a company that's actively expanding AI across one of the world's largest industries.
The Territory Is National. The Opportunity Is Real.
If you're a SaaS closer who wants to sell a product that genuinely changes how restaurants compete - apply today.
