Job description

Yooz builds SaaS tools that help finance teams automate invoice processing. Our platform is used by 200,000+ users in over 30 countries.

We’re growing our U.S. team and looking for a Trainer to help us scale smarter — with better reporting, cleaner data, and sharper processes.

What you’ll do

Within the Training Department, your primary mission will be to support our customers by training them to use our software effectively. You will also be responsible for creating and updating training materials (training decks, documentation, videos, etc.).

You will be in charge of the creation, delivery, and planning of various training modules. Your responsibilities include :

  • Create and validate training materials in collaboration with the Marketing Department (e.g. user documentation, presentations, and tutorial videos).

  • Manage your training schedule independently to accommodate client needs.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide post-training support to attendees.

  • Carry out simple application configurations for clients when necessary.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and other departments to ensure an optimal customer experience.

  • Deploy small pre-configured projects ("ReadyToYooz") to facilitate client onboarding or demos.

  • Participate in occasional side projects or tasks aimed at improving team processes or resources.

What you’ll need

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and at least one successful experience in a training or teaching role.

  • You are familiar with online distance learning techniques and virtual classroom tools.

  • You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, and you can confidently engage an audience for a 2-hour training session.

  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Speaking French is an advantage.

  • Speaking Spanish is a strong plus (especially if you can deliver training sessions in Spanish).

  • You have a strong interest in understanding business processes, and you enjoy customer contact.

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service.

  • Your soft skills and teaching abilities enable you to build strong relationships and foster customer loyalty.

  • You are empathetic, humble, a good listener, and autonomous. You want to grow within a company that values its employees.

  • You have a good command of office productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite).

  • You are comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and have knowledge of ERP systems as well as basic accounting principles.

What you’ll get

???? Security from day one

  • Base salary + performance-based bonus

  • 401(k) with employer match

  • Health, dental, and vision coverage starting your first full month

  • Life insurance, short- and long-term disability

  • Paid parental and sick leave

???? Time to recharge

  • Generous paid time off + 11 paid holidays

  • Free monthly lunches, happy hours, and wellness classes

  • One paid day a year to volunteer (“Yooz Cares Day”)

???? Room to grow

  • Internal mobility: 40% of employees changed roles or were promoted last year

  • Company-wide performance trips (“Yooz Achievers Klub”)

  • Regular offsites, learning sessions, and cross-team events

???? Extras that make a difference

  • Pet insurance

  • Employee discount program

At Yooz, we believe in working with integrity, striving for excellence, and being driven by a shared, customer-centric ambition. We foster a culture of innovation and prioritize our people — empowering every team member to grow, connect, and make a meaningful impact.

We’re a dynamic, international team that thrives on startup energy — without the layers of big tech bureaucracy.
