Job description

Order Fulfillment Specialist

Paladin Data Corporation has been providing industry-leading retail technology solutions for over 40 years. We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Fulfillment Specialist to help ensure our customers receive the hardware, software, and equipment they need accurately and on time.

As a Fulfillment Specialist, you'll manage the fulfillment process from order receipt through shipment while maintaining accuracy and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders for hardware, software, and related equipment.

  • Receive, inspect, and distribute incoming inventory.

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

  • Coordinate shipping through UPS and other carriers.

  • Verify order accuracy before products leave the warehouse.

  • Maintain organized inventory and warehouse areas.

  • Track shipments and communicate order status when needed.

  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.

  • Work closely with Customer Support, Sales, and Operations to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Follow company procedures to maintain quality and efficiency.

  • Perform other fulfillment and warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Fulfillment experience a plus.

  • Experience with UPS WorldShip application a plus.

  • Proven record of success consistently hitting and surpassing goals.

  • High level of motivation, self-direction, with the ability to lead and influence others.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience working at Tech/SaaS or innovation-focused company a plus.

  • High school diploma or GED.
