Job description

This role sits within GTM Operations and serves as the orchestration lead for go-to-market execution - coordinating product launches as well as broader GTM initiatives (pricing/packaging changes, segmentation or territory shifts, systems and process rollouts, market expansion plays). You own workback planning, cross-functional governance, and readiness processes that ensure every initiative - product or programmatic - lands cleanly with Sales, CS, and Marketing ready to execute.

You are the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, and Customer Experience, ensuring coordinated execution and measurable adoption across a portfolio of GTM programs. Product launches will be a core and recurring part of this portfolio, so direct experience leading product release programs is essential.

What You'll Do:Program Governance & Orchestration
  • Own workback plans, dependencies, and readiness gates across concurrent product launches and GTM programs
  • Define and enforce tiering standards (Tier-1 vs Tier-2) based on revenue impact and field readiness needs
  • Run governance forums (launch councils, readiness reviews, go/no-go checkpoints)
  • Manage Alpha/Beta lifecycle in partnership with CS and Product for launch-specific initiatives
Cross-Functional Alignment & AI Fluency
  • Facilitate alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, CS, and Operations on scope, timing, and ownership for each initiative
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Competitive Intelligence to ensure messaging/positioning inputs are incorporated into launch plans
  • Partner with GTM Enablement early in program design to co-build training, certification, and rollout plans
  • Actively uses AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) to accelerate program documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communications
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to apply AI to reduce manual program overhead and improve launch/program velocity
  • Stays current on AI-enabled workflow tools relevant to GTM Ops and pilots new approaches where they create measurable efficiency gains
Content & Asset Coordination
  • Maintain the operational source of truth for launch/program assets (version control, access, lifecycle) - strong alignment and partnership with Enablement
  • Standardize release communication templates, terminology, and status reporting across initiatives
Transparency & Reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards showing status of all active GTM programs (live, in beta, deprecated, upcoming)
  • Own the single source of truth for the GTM program calendar across product and non-product initiatives
What You Bring:Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field
Experience:
  • 7+ years in Program/Project Management, GTM Operations, Product Marketing, or Revenue Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end product release/launch programs - from readiness planning through GA and post-launch adoption tracking - is required, not just general program management experience
  • Demonstrated success orchestrating cross-functional launches or programs involving Sales, Product, and Marketing
  • Experience with content/enablement systems
  • Strong program/project management skills across concurrent, interdependent workstreams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP or similar program management certification
  • Experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Operations
  • Experience running GTM programs beyond product launches (e.g., pricing, territory, systems rollouts)
  • Familiarity with GTM Tech/sales intelligence platforms
