Job description

About the Role:

The Role Readiness Operations Manager is a critical leadership role within our Revenue Enablement organization. This person will oversee the operational strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of three core readiness programs: Onboarding, Ramp, and Bridge. The ideal candidate is an operationally-minded enablement leader who can balance program design, cross-functional orchestration, and flawless execution while ensuring new and developing sellers are set up for long-term success.

This role requires a builder's mindset, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to drive scalable readiness programs across global teams.

What You'll Do:

Program Leadership & Execution

  • Own the full operational strategy and execution of the Onboarding, Ramp, and Bridge programs, ensuring they are delivered consistently, effectively, and at scale.
  • Maintain and continuously refine program frameworks, agendas, schedules, facilitator plans, and participant materials.
  • Drive seamless handoffs between Recruiting, Sales Leadership, Product, and Enablement to ensure smooth learner experiences from Day 1 through full productivity.

Operational Excellence

  • Build and maintain processes and templates that standardize how readiness programs are delivered across regions.
  • Oversee program logistics, communications, timelines, scheduling, and coordination with facilitators and subject matter experts.
  • Ensure program content, tools, and resources are always up to date, accurate, and aligned with evolving business needs.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with Sales Leaders, Revenue Operations, HR, and cross-functional enablement teams to ensure readiness programs support GTM goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational aspects of Onboarding, Ramp, and Bridge programs.
  • Facilitate feedback loops and proactively recommend program changes based on stakeholder priorities and learner insights.

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze readiness KPIs, including ramp time, productivity milestones, competency attainment, and learner experience feedback.
  • Build reporting mechanisms and dashboards to surface program impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify gaps, opportunities, and trends to improve program effectiveness and scalability.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Program Management, or Learning & Development; experience in SaaS or similar fast-paced environments strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale revenue readiness or onboarding programs with operational rigor.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Highly organized and process-driven with an eye for systemization and repeatability.
  • Experience collaborating with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data, create insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable working at speed, navigating ambiguity, and building in evolving environments.
