How does a SaaS manager typically collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success?

A SaaS Manager works closely with teams such as product development, sales, marketing, and customer support to align strategies and drive the success of software-as-a-service products. They often act as a bridge, ensuring that feedback from customers and frontline teams is communicated to developers, and that product updates are well-coordinated and effectively launched.
