We're looking for a Sales Director who thrives in fast-moving environments, brings strong strategic and commercial instincts, and can drive revenue growth through disciplined execution. Int this role, you will own the full revenue lifecycle across new and existing clients, build a high-performance pipeline, close complex SaaS and services deals, and expand Siepe's footprint across the buy-side credit market.
 
You will serve as a face of the firm in the market, setting the standard for client engagement, opportunity qualification, and long-term partnership development.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Own and drive revenue growth across Siepe's SaaS and services platform.
  • Originate, qualify, and close complex multi-product opportunities.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline aligned to Siepe's ideal client profile.
  • Lead discovery, solution positioning, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Develop strategic account plans for priority targets and Tier 1 relationships.
  • Partner closely with Product, Implementation, and Business Heads on deal scoping.
  • Represent Siepe at industry conferences, panels, and client events.
  • Serve as a senior commercial voice in go-to-market strategy and positioning.
  • Establish Siepe as a trusted long-term partner to credit managers.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7-12+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, FinTech, or financial services.
  • Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Deep familiarity with buy-side credit, CLOs, private credit, and structured finance.
  • Experience selling bundled technology and services solutions.
  • Enterprise deal execution and revenue leadership.
  • Strategic account development and relationship management.

$184,000 - $214,000 a year
Annual Base Salary Range (New York). The posted range is a good-faith estimate of the base compensation we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Individual compensation within the range is determined based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This salary range does not include other compensation incentives or benefits.
