About the Role


We are looking for a highly engaging and facilitative Customer Success Facilitators to support customers in launching and growing our client’s AI-powered dropshipping businesses. This role is ideal for someone who excels at guiding, teaching, and coaching individuals through structured programs while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.


The ideal candidate has strong facilitation skills, can confidently lead onboarding sessions, simplify complex concepts, and motivate customers to take action.


Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new customers, guiding them through the client’s platform and program structure.
  • Conduct live coaching, group workshops, and Q&A sessions to help customers understand dropshipping fundamentals, product research, marketing strategies, and store optimization.
  • Simplify technical and e-commerce concepts into easy-to-understand steps for beginners.
  • Track customer progress and identify opportunities for intervention or additional support.
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive engagement, retention, and success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer feedback and improve training materials.
  • Ensure customers are aligned with best practices in store setup, ad execution, and scaling strategies.
  • Support community engagement and facilitate discussions within coaching groups.

  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce, dropshipping, digital marketing, or SaaS is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to create accountability and encourage action during live sessions.
  • High level of integrity and accuracy in CRM documentation and process tracking.
  • Comfortable navigating and teaching through platforms such as Wix, Base44, TeamDrop, Close, and Calendly.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Background in training, learning & development, or coaching.
