Job description

The Opportunity

We are hiring a true hunter to own the Louisiana market.

Popmenu powers 14,000+ restaurants with technology that drives real revenue. Our product delivers clear ROI, fast. That means short sales cycles and frequent wins.

This is a field-first role. You will be in market Monday through Friday, walking restaurants, pulling doors, and building relationships from New Orleans to Baton Rouge and everywhere along the I-10 corridor. If you run on autonomy, love the grind of territory ownership, and close on discipline, not luck, this role was built for you.

Regional travel is required weekly. Mileage is compensated.

The Sale

Buyer: SMB restaurant owners and multi-location operators Sales cycle: Typically under 30 days, often much faster Environment: High-velocity, field-heavy, outbound-driven

You are selling directly to decision-makers who care about revenue, guest experience, and long-term growth. Popmenu is not a nice-to-have. It is a revenue platform restaurants rely on to compete.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Own the Louisiana territory: New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and the I-10 corridor (must live in territory)
  • Be in the field every single day, pulling doors, visiting operators, and building your presence in the local restaurant community
  • Manage your territory with precision: know your accounts, your coverage plan, and your numbers at all times
  • Build and work your own pipeline through calls, email, in-person visits, networking, and industry events
  • Run high-energy demos that clearly articulate ROI and create urgency
  • Close consistently in a short sales cycle without hand-holding or heavy oversight
  • Travel regionally on a weekly basis across the Louisiana territory
  • Partner with your regional team on messaging, strategy, and market feedback
  • Sell with integrity: no overpromising, no poor-fit deals

Who You Are

This role is not for someone who needs structure handed to them. You are the structure.

  • Field-first mentality: you default to in-person and you are energized by it
  • Hyper-organized with a clear system for managing territory, activity, and pipeline
  • Numbers-driven: you know your math of sales, you track your metrics, and you hold yourself accountable
  • Autonomous operator who does not wait to be told what to do next
  • Gritty and determined: you push through rejection, compete daily, and stay locked in
  • Solution-oriented: when something is not working, you adjust and keep moving
  • Relationship-builder who understands that hospitality is a small world and reputation travels fast
  • Proven outbound hunter with strong SMB closing experience
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Comfortable with weekly regional travel throughout Louisiana
  • Reliable transportation required

Background in SaaS, restaurant tech, food service, fast food management, or hospitality operations is a strong plus. You do not have to come from food. You have to be built for it.

Compensation

  • Base: $70,000 to $75,000
  • OTE: $140,000+
  • 50% base / 50% commission
  • Uncapped earnings
  • Mileage reimbursement
