Job description

Full Job Description:

Reporting to the VP of Business Development, you will help drive customer and revenue growth by finding new prospects, conducting demos, gathering referrals, and upselling existing customers. You will use a consultative selling technique to understand the prospect's pain points and show the value of the company's products and services that will make a positive impact on the prospect's business.

The Ideal Candidate: Is a Team player who Cares for others, is Passionate about their work, has Knowledge in their field, and Trusts those around them.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Find leads and demos via cold calls, emails, webinars, tradeshows, social media channels, and other platforms

  • Nurture leads by consistently following up until they are ready for a demo

General Sales

  • Proactively manage deals through the pipeline using Hubspot CRM

  • Capture accurate and complete lead and customer information in Salesforce

  • Utilize Zoom to conduct product demos

  • Be a hospitality company's subject matter expert; consultative selling

  • Determine what messaging resonates for different types of customers and adapt the sales demo accordingly

  • Help manage clients through the sales and delivery process when necessary

  • Fully understand the use case of our customers

  • Travel to tradeshows to participate in speaking engagements and/or work the trade show booth

Preferred Experience:

  • Fully understand the competitive landscape and how/where the SaaS product fits

  • Identify trends in product/feature/pricing requests and feed that information back to the team

  • Participate in ongoing training of products/services to ensure we're selling them properly

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 1-3 years experience in sales

  • Experience using technology

  • Self-motivated, positive, creative, innovative thinker and multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and manage time strategically

  • Experience in the hospitality industry strongly preferred
