  • Maintain and enhance visibility into team progress using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
  • Participate in Agile forums such as Scrum of Scrums and Communities of Practice
  • Help teams manage priorities, remove blockers, and proactively mitigate risks
  • Promote team ownership through coaching on estimation, capacity planning, and delivery predictability
  • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies through strong communication and collaboration
  • Support Agile adoption and change management through stakeholder engagement and data-driven insights
  • Foster an inclusive, feedback-driven team culture focused on shared accountability
  • Model high standards in Agile execution and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate change effectively
  • Solid understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe)

Nice to Have
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Exposure to multiple technology environments (e.g., legacy systems, cloud, web, mobile)
  • Strong understanding of estimation, sprint planning, and capacity planning
  • SAFe Scrum Master certification
  • Experience leveraging tools like Copilot or other AI solutions to improve team efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Work Environment
  • Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite in Indianapolis, depending on team needs)
  • Standard working hours are typically 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
