Participate in staffings with hospitals, minimally at 72 hour staffing and discharge staffing. Interact with CARES line to facilitate a child's eligibility for services.Coordinate on-call schedule with crisis assessment team. Provide follow-up case management and therapy services to SASS-Mobile Crisis community cases.Complete all required case documentation. Access SASS-FSP Flex funding to optimize client access to community resources. Participate in all required and requested training and supervision processes established by Mobile Crisis/FSP Supervisor, including the initial and ongoing training for the SASS-Mobile Crisis Program. Accurately record all clinical activity for billing/credit service purposes.
