Job description

ERP SAVVY is  seeking a skilled and motivated SAP Analyst to support our expanding operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Public Cloud (GROW) and a strong background in Sales and Distribution (SD) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules. This role is critical to optimizing our business processes and ensuring seamless SAP integration across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support full-cycle implementations of SAP Public Cloud (GROW), including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Analyze and optimize business processes in collaboration with stakeholders using SAP best practices
  • Configure and customize SAP modules (primarily SD and WM) to meet business needs
  • Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
  • Deliver user training and create documentation to support SAP adoption
  • Collaborate with IT, business users, and external vendors on cross-functional projects
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and business processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 2–5 years of experience with full life cycle SAP GROW Public Cloud implementations (SAP RISEexperience is not preferred)
  • Hands-on expertise in SAP SD and SAP WM modules
  • Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP Public Cloud implementation
  • Strong understanding of SAP ERP environments and retail business processes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with:
    • SAP FICO, P2P, IBP, or SAP Customer Checkout modules
    • Retail systems and POS integration
    • SAP certifications
    • Data migration, SAP BTP, or integration technologies
  • Familiarity with KPIs such as On-Time Delivery, Defect Resolution, and On-Budget Delivery
