Job Title: SAP Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled SAP Coordinator Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize SAP and related enterprise systems that support Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations functions. This role is a key connection between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring business processes are supported through effective system functionality, continuous improvement initiatives, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary SAP support resource for local business users.
  • Partner with manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to troubleshoot system issues and improve processes.
  • Coordinate with global SAP and IT teams on system enhancements, changes, and projects.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
  • Support end users with SAP processes, training, and issue resolution.
  • Assist with SAP projects, testing, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and establish trust as a go-to SAP resource.
  • Serve as a bridge between local operations and global corporate teams.

Essential Skills
  • SAP functional support and business process expertise.
  • Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Operations teams.
  • Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI, SD, WM.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering.
  • ERP system administration and troubleshooting.
  • User acceptance testing (UAT) and change management.

  • Experience working with manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or finance environments.
  • Preferred AP key user, SAP analyst, SAP coordinator, SAP business systems analyst, or SAP consultant.
  • Willingness to travel and engage in occasional overseas and local trips.

Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week at your discretion. Must be open to occasional travel both internationally and within the states. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
