KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SAP S4/HANA Plan to Inventory (PTI) in Enterprise Solutions for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities :
  • Serve as SAP solution architect responsible for the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities supporting the Plan to Inventory (PTI) workstream; engage in production planning and execution, production master data, MES integration, functional integration with sales order management, procurement, and finance and controlling
  • Take responsibility for planning and executing the day-to-day activities of the Plan to Inventory (PTI) workstream, including managing KPMG and client personnel throughout the full lifecycle of an implementation
  • Leverage leading-practice business process knowledge and proficiency for Plan to Inventory and apply the client's business requirements
  • Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities at clients while working with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines, service networks, or industries
  • Contribute thought leadership to the development and evolution of our KPMG SAP implementation methodologies and intellectual capital by writing whitepapers or performing research in support of SAP Plan to Inventory capabilities
  • Manage and provide leadership to teams of staff level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications :
  • Minimum 7 years of recent SAP experience with at least four years focused on SAP S/4 HANA, including at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations in the areas of materials management, production planning and integration to warehouse management, quality management, and sales and distribution.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field
  • Deep expertise in the following SAP business processes and data: MRP, production planning, production execution, production order staging, quality management, integration to MES systems, production and material master data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to create and sustain meaningful client relationships; able to design and configure SAP S4/HANA Plan to Inventory functionality and provide guidance to offshore teams for any required development related to the PTI functions
  • Strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate findings and recommendations to the client's management team; outstanding SAP configuration skills along with SAP Activate experience
  • Preferred experience in the following: leading pre-sales activities within a large consulting firm, and implementing SAP Greenfield and Selective Data Transition approaches
  • Travel as needed
