Team Leader, Global Resource & Vendor Management

Global Subsidiary Managementย 

Wilmington (Delaware), or other CSC location (onsite is preferred)

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00 pm

CSC's Global Subsidiary Management team is seeking a highly strategic and operationally driven Team Leader to lead our global vendor network, knowledge base (KB) ecosystem, and a team of professionals supporting these functions.

This role is critical to optimizing vendor performance, improving cost efficiency, and enhancing the usability and accuracy of our global knowledge infrastructure. The Team Leader will combine strong people leadership, vendor strategy expertise, and a data-driven mindset to drive measurable improvements across global operations.

Some of the things you'll be doing:ย 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for vendor management and KB operations.
  • Set clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Drive accountability, performance management, and career development within the team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and customer-centric thinking.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation and workload management across global priorities.
  • Lead and oversee relationships with a diverse global vendor network across multiple service lines.
  • Enforce vendor performance standards, with a focus on improving responsiveness, service quality, and turnaround times.
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate vendors and leverage economies of scale.
  • Own vendor pricing strategy, including renegotiation of contracts to drive cost reductions and improve margins.
  • Implementing and managing Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks, including vendor due diligence, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Track and report on vendor spend, savings initiatives, and ROI of vendor consolidation efforts.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align vendor capabilities with business needs.
  • Oversee the global KB, ensuring it is accurate, future proof, and compliant with evolving requirements.
  • Define governance structures, including content ownership, version control, and audit readiness.
  • Drive enhancements in the user experience of the knowledge base.ย 
  • Partner with technology and operations teams to improve KB tools, workflows, and usability.
  • Identify and address SLA shortcomings, knowledge gaps or outdated documentation.ย 

These are the technical skills, experience, and qualifications that would make someone successful:

  • 5+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or global operations, ideally in a professional services or global corporate services environment.
  • Prior people management experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in: Reducing vendor costs and negotiating contracts, driving vendor consolidation and leveraging economies of scale, managing global vendor relationships.
  • Experience owning or managing knowledge bases or content systems is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated AI application is a pre.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing, financial modeling, or spend analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change in a global organization.
