Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to oversee and manage on-site electrical installations for commercial projects. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of electrical systems, and a solid background in commercial electrical work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise crews on commercial job sites.

  • Coordinate daily tasks and manage workflow to meet deadlines and quality standards.

  • Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure proper installation.

  • Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, local codes, and company standards.

  • Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and clients as needed.

  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site.

  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols at all times.

  • Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen.

  • Perform hands-on electrical work as needed.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.

  • 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role managing projects between $100,000 and $1.5 million.

  • Deep understanding of commercial electrical systems and codes.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Preferred Skills:

  • Valid state electrical license (Journeyman or higher preferred).

  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification.

  • Proficiency with project management software or apps (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid).
