Job Type: Full-Time (7:00 am - 4:00 pm)

Salary: : $20/hr - $25/hr

Job Description:

Rytec Electric is actively seeking a skilled and organized Field Coordinator / Electrician to oversee wire crews, manage project compliance, and supervise electrical work on multiple residential new construction builds within designated neighborhoods.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee Wire installation crews, ensuring adherence to company standards and code regulations for electrical installations.\
  • Manage punch-list checks and oversee light punch work, ensuring adjustments are addressed efficiently. Perform occasional light punchlist tasks to close out projects.
  • Act as the Inspection Manager, supervising and managing a neighborhood of residential new construction home electrical projects.
  • Provide leadership to ensure quality and regulatory compliance in all electrical work.
  • Ensure work areas are cleaned and orderly after wire crew.

Qualifications:

  • Strong people and management skills to effectively coordinate wire crews and oversee electrical projects. Experienced in clearly communicating with field and office teams.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving to address issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent time management skills to oversee multiple projects and crews concurrently.
  • Self Managing, Determined and Diligent
