Job description

What you'll do

We're looking for a high-talent individual to support the smooth functioning of our clinics in a non-clinical role, called a Front End Coordinator at Ryse. This role requires you to be on site 3 days a week (remote 2 days). You'll be the first person potential patients meet when calling our practice, and you'll be responsible for multiple facets of ensuring a smooth patient experience. Day-to-day you will: 

  • Schedule virtual and in-person patient appointments with our care team 
  • Communicate with and answer questions from existing patients, ensuring they get appropriate support
  • Ensure our Northern Virginia and DC locations (currently Tysons Corner, Alexandria, and Metro Center) are well stocked and operating smoothly
  • Other professional opportunities that emerge over time, consistent with a high-growth, startup environment  

About You 

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Track record of balancing competing priorities and managing projects to completion in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Strong interpersonal instincts and skills
  • Passion for the impact of your work on the broader world, and excitement to help reduce the burden of chronic disease
