This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of the product, from concept to deployment. Every day will bring new challenges, requiring you to collaborate across disciplines to troubleshoot issues, perform data analysis, and implement solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the success of mission-critical defense systems, and you'll have a hands-on role in ensuring the entire system functions seamlessly. What You Will Do: The Systems Integration & Test Engineer provides systems engineering and integration test support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule and implement testing of projects from inception through system transition. Problems and issues faced can fluctuate and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem and determine the appropriate resolution. The following are expected but not limited to a Principal Systems Integration & Test Engineer - EW: * Generate test plans/procedures for assessing Electronic Warfare (EW) system performance
* Generate test documentation for verification/acceptance of components, subsystems, and systems
* Plan IV&V activities.
* Execute IV&V activities for multidisciplinary Integration and Test teams.
* Execute in-house and off-site test activities for system demonstrations and/or system sell-off.
* Brief senior program management and engineering leadership.
* Test EW hardware and software builds. Qualifications You Must Have: * Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Physics) with a minimum of 8 years of related work experience.
* Experience in radar threat analysis or Electronic Warfare technique development/analysis.
* Experience in verification and validation of system and/or subsystem requirements.
* Leadership experience
* Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer: * Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture), specifically using SysML.
* RF experience and knowledge of microwave modules
* Flight Test experience
* Experience with Special Test Equipment and Modeling and Simulation
* Experience working in an Agile development environment
* Experience with DevSecOps delivery pipelines and software development principals
* Experience with tools such as Matlab/Simulink, DNG, Cameo, Jira, and Confluence
* Experience leading STE development (and prime hardware) test activities

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
