At RWC Group, we keep the commercial trucking industry moving. We're looking for a dependable, safety-focused CDL Driver who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service while safely transporting heavy-duty trucks and buses.
This is more than a driving job! You'll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a quality experience by delivering repaired vehicles, performing quality control inspections, and helping maintain an organized, efficient service department.
What You'll Do
  • Safely transport and deliver customer commercial vehicles.
  • Perform post-repair test drives and quality control inspections.
  • Organize and maintain the service lot, including fueling and securing vehicles.
  • Represent RWC Group with professionalism during every customer interaction.
  • Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and dealership procedures.
  • Support the Service Department with additional responsibilities as needed.

We're Looking For Someone Who
  • Holds a valid Class A or Class B CDL with a clean driving record (safety sensitive position).
  • Enjoys working with customers and takes pride in providing exceptional service.
  • Has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance.
  • Communicates well and works effectively as part of a team.
  • Has experience operating commercial trucks; dealership or mechanical experience is a plus.
