Regional Vice President
Must have proven experience overseeing multi-site (5-10+) skilled nursing facilities for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy preferably in a contract therapy environment.

Location: Remote (Must reside within 2 hours of the Aitkin MN / Grand Rapids MN area)


About the Role

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Vice President (RVP) to oversee operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. This leader will play a critical role in driving clinical excellence, financial performance, and team development across a regional portfolio of 5-10+ facilities.

This is a high-impact, visible leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or contract therapy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational oversight for all regional therapy services
  • Analyze clinical and financial performance; implement improvement initiatives
  • Recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of regional therapy staff
  • Partner with executive leadership (CEO/COO/EVP) on strategic growth initiatives
  • Contribute to our Partner Panel and Path Award Process
  • Supervise and develop Directors of Rehabilitation across assigned facilities
  • Conduct regular site visits and maintain strong client relationships
  • Facilitate Director of Rehab meetings and leadership development efforts
  • Foster a positive, transparent, and high-performance work culture
  • Support business development initiatives and company growth strategies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution
  • Manage onboarding, terminations, and employee records in collaboration with HR
  • Promote workplace safety and address employee concerns proactively

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven success managing 5-10+ facilities in a Skilled Nursing or contract therapy environment
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and inspire teams
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in conflict resolution, coaching, and performance management
  • Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-visibility role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites (especially Excel) and therapy EMR systems (NetHealth)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability

Education & Experience

  • Degree in a therapy-related field (PT, OT, or SLP)
  • Active therapy license in state of residence
  • Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in therapy services, preferably in Skilled Nursing
