Responsibilities
- Attitude is everything - greet service department customers promptly and courteously
- Listen to each customer and clearly articulate needs to technician
- Provide accurate estimates of repairs / maintenance costs
- Follow up on repair status to efficiently inform customers
- Work with manufacturer and file claims in timely manner
- Notify customers when RV / trailer is ready for pick up
- Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
- Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
- Keep Service Manager informed of all problems or potential problems
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards

- Prior service advisor experience is a plus
- Prior warranty claims submission is a plus
