RV service technicians are skilled professionals who inspect, maintain, and repair recreational vehicles (RVs). Their work includes servicing electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, propane systems, appliances, and the structural components of RVs. They may also perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and install new equipment. RV service technicians work at dealerships, service centers, or as mobile service providers, ensuring RVs remain safe and functional for travel and living.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an RV service technician?

To thrive as an RV Service Technician, you need strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, familiarity with plumbing and HVAC systems, and typically a high school diploma or technical certification.
