Job description

Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is looking for an experienced RV Technician to join our service team in Katy, Texas. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining RV systems to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality units for our customers.
If you are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and take pride in fixing things the right way, this is your lane.
What You Will Do
  • Diagnose and repair RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and LP gas systems
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs
  • Troubleshoot issues efficiently and accurately
  • Document repairs clearly and completely
  • Follow safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company procedures
  • Work independently and as part of a service team to meet production goals

What We Are Looking For
  • Previous RV technician experience preferred, but related experience will be considered
  • Working knowledge of RV systems, or transferable experience from automotive, marine, electrical, or mechanical trades
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
