The property features 233 cottages and 23 RV campsites designed to accommodate a wide range of long-term residents and short-term guests. The community is focused on providing a welcoming, well-maintained environment with convenient amenities and responsive on-site support. Team members at Residence RV Park contribute directly to creating a positive living experience for residents and visitors alike.

Role Description: The Office Leasing Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Conroe, TX. This position is responsible for handling daily leasing activities, including greeting prospective residents, conducting tours of cottages and RV sites, explaining lease terms, and assisting with the application process. The Office Leasing Agent manages lease documentation, maintains accurate lease records, and supports general office administration related to occupancy and renewals. The role involves responding to resident inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and collaborating with property management to ensure the community remains well-occupied and organized. The agent also supports marketing and outreach efforts to attract new residents and promote the community.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with leases and lease administration, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining lease documents.
  • Knowledge of property management and residential leasing processes, preferably in a multifamily or RV/tiny home community setting.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (excel, word) and property management systems; ability to manage records and track leasing activity.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work on-site in Conroe, TX, including some Saturdays as needed based on leasing activity.
