Leading the Engineering Team, you will lead the team with ongoing projects and facilitate new projects leading to product improvement and new product development.Your Accountabilities in the Role: Defines customer needs and requirements to design, control, and implement electrical solutions.Designs electrical solutions ensuring they meet customer needs and safety standards.Designs electrical schematics, PCBs, and electronic assemblies to meet customer needs.Manages engineering projects and communicates with departments as needed to ensure an on-time delivery.Provides OEM engineering support as specified by management (i.e. helps OEMs integrate new products and existing products into new customer designs).Leads the Technical Service Team in troubleshooting OEM and product non-standard problems relating to our products.Analyzes product performance using data acquisition tools and other methods, to use for product develop ment.Identifies gaps in the RV industry electrical systems to develop and create new reliable solutions.Collaborates with the Taiwan Manufacturing group to support product development and overall project success.Position Requirements:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or similar; will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred.Experience: 5+ years of Electrical Engineering experience, preferably within an industrial field. Engineering experience within an RV manufacturer would be a plus.Certifications: N/AFunctional Skills: Strong research, planning, organizing, prioritizing and execution skills required; forward thinking with strong analytical and critical thinking ability; high attention to details and accuracy with large amounts of data; advanced problem-solving through creative, out of the box, thinking; with a strong ability to conceptualize and create enhancements. Ability to analyze and evaluate complex data, understanding of electrical theory, power systems, installation and use. Working knowledge of AC & DC power.Technology Aptitude/Skills: Advanced ability with technology and ability to use electrical CAD software, 3D CAD experience is a plus.
