The local Austin, TX DaVita SNF Dialysis dens are open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from about 6am to 6pm (These hours could fluctuate with census) We are seeking a PRN RN to provide coverage for our team. We do need availability on MWF for training.
The 6-chair DaVita SNF dialysis dens are located on site at Austin Wellness 11406 Rustic Rock Dr, AUSTIN, TX 78750 and Austin Retirement 6909 Burnet Ln, Austin, TX 78757.
DaVita is seeking an RN to deliver dialysis care in skilled nursing facilities (SNF). You'll provide on-site treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease, offering high-quality, compassionate care directly in the facility setting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dialysis treatment to patients at SNF partner sites
  • Monitor patient vitals and assess treatment response
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans
  • Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards
What to Expect:
  • Dialysis experience required
  • Fast-paced environment with diverse patient needs
Requirements:
  • Dialysis Experience and 1+ year working as a Registered Nurse
  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • ADN required; BSN preferred
  • ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience a plus
  • CNN or CDN certification preferred
