Job description:

We are a retail pharmacy located in the Rego Park, Queens area looking for a Full-Time Staff Pharmacist (30-40 hours/week).
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Supervising Pharmacist to enforce policies & procedures as set forth.
  • Accurately process and verify medication orders.
  • Proper inventory management and purchasing.
  • Perform MTM via OutcomesMTM.
  • Provide immunizations to qualified patients and maintain proper records.
  • Provide drug information to patients and medical professionals.
  • Provide ongoing leadership and delegation to the pharmacy team.
Required Qualifications:
  • Active NYS pharmacist license
  • Immunization certification
  • Russian-speaker preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be a team player with proven abilities to apply judgment, ethical practice, and decision-making skills.
  • Assigned work hours are flexible and will be discussed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a retail Pharmacist is preferred, not required
  • Familiarity with PrimeRx or Micromerchant system
