Job description

Description
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Driver to provide transportation services to older adults, assisting them with getting to and from medical appointments and other essential errands. The Driver will work closely with administrative staff and follow designated routes to ensure safe and timely transportation.
Must have:
  • CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement
  • Clean driving record, good references
  • Driving experience in NYC
  • No more than 1 moving violation in the past 24 months
  • Ability to drive 16-30 passenger vehicles
  • No driving while intoxicated convictions
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds
  • Must demonstrate sensitivity to older adults
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Ability to make determinations of best procedures and practices to attain goals of the position
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to use a smart phone

This can be a Full-Time or Part-Time role.
(Occasionally called upon to work odd schedules (when trips occur after-hours or on the weekends).
