Russian Customer Service information

What is a Russian Customer Service?

A Russian Customer Service job involves assisting Russian-speaking customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product or service support. Responsibilities may include answering phone calls, responding to emails or chats, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong language skills in both Russian and the company's primary language are usually required.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in Russian Customer Service?

To excel in a Russian Customer Service role, you need fluency in Russian and English, strong communication abilities, and experience in customer support or a related field. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, ticketing systems, and possibly basic troubleshooting or product knowledge is often required. Outstanding interpersonal skills, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving set top performers apart. These skills are essential to effectively assist customers, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a positive company image across linguistic and cultural boundaries.

What are the typical challenges faced by Russian Customer Service representatives, and how are they supported?

Russian Customer Service representatives often encounter challenges such as handling complex customer inquiries, navigating cultural and linguistic differences, and managing high call or ticket volumes. Most employers provide comprehensive training programs, access to knowledge bases, and ongoing support from supervisors to help team members succeed. Team collaboration is common, with representatives frequently working alongside technical staff, sales teams, and other customer service agents to ensure accurate and prompt resolutions. Maintaining continuous communication and leveraging available resources takes the pressure off individual representatives. This structured support helps staff develop professionally while consistently delivering exceptional service to Russian-speaking customers.

Job description

Russian/English Bilingual Legal AssistantJoin a Growing Personal Injury Law Firm Where Your Language Skills Make a Difference
Boohoff Law is growing — and we’re looking for a Russian/English bilingual Legal Assistant to join our team.
At Boohoff Law, we’re a people-first personal injury law firm dedicated to helping clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. We believe great client service starts with great communication — and being able to communicate with clients in their preferred language can make an enormous difference.
If you’re fluent in Russian and English, highly organized, great with people, and looking for an opportunity to build a career in a fast-paced law firm, we want to meet you.
The Opportunity
As a Russian/English Bilingual Legal Assistant, you’ll work closely with our Case Managers and support the day-to-day handling of personal injury cases.
You’ll help communicate with Russian-speaking clients, gather important case information, coordinate records and documentation, and help keep cases organized and moving forward.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying organized, and being part of a team.
Your ability to communicate in Russian will allow you to make a meaningful difference in the experience of our clients.
What You’ll Do
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients in Russian and English.
  • Gather important case information directly from clients.
  • Request, track, and organize medical records and other case documentation.
  • Verify insurance coverage, policies, and related information.
  • Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties.
  • Prepare, send, receive, and organize legal correspondence and documents.
  • Review medical and insurance documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist Case Managers with day-to-day case management responsibilities.
  • Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure important tasks stay on track.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case information.
  • Help provide an exceptional client experience from the beginning of the case through resolution.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
  • Fluent in Russian and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients in both languages.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • A strong communicator who knows how to listen and ask the right questions.
  • Professional, friendly, and compassionate with clients.
  • Proactive and able to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A dependable team player who is willing to jump in and help.
  • Positive, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems.
Personal injury or law firm experience is a plus, but it is not required for the right candidate. Experience in customer service, healthcare, insurance, administration, or case management is also valuable.
Why Boohoff Law?
We believe our people are our greatest asset. When you join Boohoff Law, you’re joining a team that wants you to succeed and grow.
What We Offer:
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Supplemental insurance options
  • Training and support
  • A collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Opportunities for advancement and promotion from within
  • The opportunity to grow your career with a growing personal injury law firm

We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, compassion, energy, and accountability to the team. If you’re proud of your Russian and English language skills and want to use them to help people while building a career in the legal field, this could be a great opportunity for you.
If you’re ready to join a team that works hard, supports one another, and makes a real difference for our clients, apply today.
