Job description

Position Responsibilities * Conduct OSINT collection, exploitation, and analysis in response to RFIs and OIC-directed tasking
  • Collaborate with Government personnel to clarify and refine intelligence requirements
  • Maintain structured databases supporting OSINT and analytical operations
  • Mine and correlate open-source data to identify trends and patterns of interest
  • Employ and evaluate COTS tools for aggregation, visualization, and assessment
  • Apply managed attribution software and online tradecraft with sound OPSEC
  • Integrate multiple data sources to produce high-value analytical products
  • Develop and refine OSINT SOPs and tradecraft
  • Train and mentor Marines in OSINT collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Perform language-enabled analysis using Russian media, academic sources, and social platforms; translate to English as required
  • Assess authenticity, credibility, and timeliness of collected information
  • Produce written intelligence reports and briefings that meet IC and DoD standards (ICD 203, 206, 208)
  • Brief findings and methods to tactical, operational, and strategic audiences
Participate in operational meetings, training events, and interagency exercises Required Qualifications Russian language proficiency with DLPT 3/3 or higher (within 5 years)
  • Completion of a joint-accredited OSINT course (for example EOSINT USMC, OS301 or OS302 Army, ONI OSINT Fundamentals, DIA BOTC, NGA OSINT, SOCOM NERD) or commercial equivalents (CASO, SANS SEC497 or SEC587)
  • Demonstrated OSINT production supporting USG or DoD operations
  • Proficiency with OSINT tools, social media exploitation, and visualization platforms
  • Understanding of managed attribution and online OPSEC
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; experience producing reports and briefings
Familiarity with IC analytic standards and DoD OSINT policies Preferred Qualifications Experience mentoring or instructing OSINT tradecraft
  • Familiarity with IC production processes, NIC OSINT standards, Marine Corps intelligence operations
  • Background in analytics, visualization, or data science
