Clerical (as assigned): 
 
Answers telephones and schedules appointments
Makes phone calls when necessary to other health care providers for treatment plan verification, medical clearance, referrals
Patient registration, organizes and maintains patients' electronic health records, obtains patient's medical history, verifies insurance coverage
Responsible for monitoring the patient flow system, making sure that walk-in patients and appointment patients are processed in a timely manner
Complies with office policies and regulations
Complies with HIPAA policies
 
Experience preferred
Salary will depend on experience and performance
Fluency in English is required. Russia, Ukranian, Georgian are aplus.
