Applicant must be capable of working in a self-directed cross-functional manner leading project teams and coordination across Carrier internal business units and functions to deliver project results for business unit commitments. Foundational skills for this role include project management experience, Carrier experience, basic residential HVAC product knowledge and general business management skills.**Key Responsibilities*** Work closely with business and Carrier functions to manage and deliver business unit expectations for the high-level projects and initiatives.* Lead multiple cross-functional project teams to organize and deliver on product enhancement and productivity projects.* Facilitate communication across multiple internal functions and departments to ensure priorities and resources are aligned.* Manage assigned programs and projects to deliver the appropriate project scope on schedule, within budget and with acceptable quality.* Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to address risks.* Responsible for executive report-outs at key milestones and as needed.* Ensure alignment and buy-in from key internal customers and business unit participants for each applicable program or project.**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree* 12+ years’ experience leading cross-functional projects using Project Manager tools**Preferred Qualifications*** MBA Or Master’s Degree.* Project Management training or certification.* Understanding of Manufacturing processes and factories.* Experience with RES HVAC manufacturing processes and factories.* Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving manufacturing of technical products.* Strong sense of urgency, quality, self-initiative, sense of ownership and customer satisfaction orientation.* Presentation and communication acumen with audiences of varying group sizes, technical skill levels and levels of business responsibilities.* Organizational and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to pull data from assorted sources and synthesis in both graphic and verbal forms.* Ability to communicate and work in self-directed manner across multiple business units to identify needs of the organization and/or customer, articulate necessary proposals and see projects through to completion.* Team oriented leadership ability; able to lead cross-functional indirect teams to deliver project results.* Fluent skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).* Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities.* Experience with Carrier products, preferably residential products.**Pay Range**The annual salary for this position is between $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 annually.
