We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! As an Office Assistant, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle inquiries. You will also be responsible for filing paperwork, preparing documents, ordering supplies, maintaining files, scheduling and mailing information as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
· Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
· Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
· Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
· Maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure efficient and accurate record keeping.
· Assist different departments with different data entry and filing tasks.
· Provide general administrative support to the office, including running errands.
Qualifications
· HS diploma is required. Preferably an Associated Degree in business or some college credits
· At least 1 year of previous office experience is preferred
· Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
· Great customer service skills
· Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
· Strong Communication Skills
· Bilingual Spanish is helpful, but not required
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe software
