No two days are the same! Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel

  • Troubleshooting and repairing equipment, guest rooms, and common areas

  • Handling carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical repairs

  • Responding promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests

  • Repairing furniture, walls, tile, fixtures, lighting, and appliances

  • Maintaining heating and air conditioning systems (filters, controls, inspections)

  • Completing daily checklists and walkthroughs with management

  • Keeping tools, workspaces, and logs organized and up to date

  • Being on-call for emergency situations (with guaranteed minimum pay if called in)

  • Hands-on experience in hotel or building maintenance preferred

  • Skills in carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, and mechanical repairs
