 Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary
The Delivery Driver (Road Runner) is responsible for delivering food orders to guests quickly, safely, and accurately while providing outstanding customer service. This role serves as the final point of contact with our guests and plays a critical role in representing the Allstar Pizza & More brand with professionalism, urgency, and hospitality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer orders safely and in a timely manner
  • Verify order accuracy before leaving the store
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service at each delivery
  • Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and receipts
  • Maintain communication with management regarding delivery status
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures
  • Assist with in-store duties between deliveries (folding boxes, stocking, cleaning, food prep assistance as assigned)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery bags and equipment
  • Uphold Allstar Pizza & More standards of Heart, Hustle, and Hospitality
Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
