Rumble

Tampa, FL

$155K - $180K/yr

Full-time

Job description

Rumble is the Freedom-First technology platform. We proudly offer a video platform, cloud services, advertising solutions, and a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet.

Rumble is building a new kind of advertising platform at the intersection of creators, culture, and free expression. As we scale our advertising business, we are investing in a modern, high-performance ad stack that spans programmatic, self-serve, native, and omni-channel experiences across display, video, and connected TV.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Advertising Platform with deep programmatic experience to lead the strategy and roadmap for Rumble's ad platform. You will modernize our programmatic stack and data foundations (from SSP/DSP integrations and auction decisioning to user data collection, identity, and measurement), while unifying self-serve, native, and omni-channel experiences into a single, coherent product.

You will operate at both a strategic and executional level: defining the long-term vision for Rumble's ads platform while shipping the features, integrations, and experiences that drive meaningful revenue and protect the viewer and creator experience.

Responsibilities
  • Modernize Rumble's programmatic stack by owning SSP/DSP integrations, auction decisioning, and header bidding strategy, with a focus on improving yield and demand quality.
  • Define and evolve how we collect, organize, and activate user and content data for targeting, frequency management, and measurement, in partnership with data and engineering teams.
  • Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Rumble's advertising platform across programmatic, self-serve, native, and omni-channel surfaces.
  • Translate advertiser needs, market trends, and revenue goals into clear product requirements and sequenced delivery plans.
  • Lead the design and evolution of our self-serve buying experience, from campaign creation and targeting to budgeting, bidding, and reporting.
  • Shape how ads show up on Rumble by defining native and in-stream formats that perform for advertisers while preserving viewer and creator trust.
  • Partner with engineering and design to plan sprints, write PRDs and user stories, and ship features and integrations on time and at quality.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Ad Operations, and Finance to support deals, ensure delivery quality, and align on billing and revenue tracking.
  • Monitor key KPIs (fill, eCPM, revenue per user, activation, retention, viewability, cross-channel reach) and use data to continuously tune auctions, formats, and advertiser experience.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or closely related platforms.
  • Deep, hands-on experience in programmatic advertising on the publisher or platform side, including SSP/DSP integrations, auctions/ad decisioning, and yield optimization.
  • Experience working with user and content data for targeting, frequency management, and measurement (for example, data collection pipelines, identity/audience strategy, or reporting products).
  • Comfort working with engineering teams on ad tech systems, APIs, and consumer-facing ad surfaces.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret monetization, marketplace, and advertiser performance data and turn it into product decisions.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment across product, engineering, sales, and operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Annual Compensation Range:

$155,000 - $180,000 CAD base + benefits + equity (If based in Canada)

$190,000 - $220,000 USD base + benefits + equity (If based in the United States)

Note: The salary range listed for this position is a good faith estimate based on experience, qualifications, and internal compensation structure. The actual salary offered varies depending on the candidate's skill level and experience. This posting refers to an active vacancy within the organization.

Why Our Team Loves Working Here:

  • We are making a significant financial impact for our video creator community; we're proud of their success stories
  • We enjoy challenging the status quo and going head-to-head against Big Tech
  • We aren't afraid to try new things; we act fast and want to win
  • We pay competitive salaries and provide great benefits
