You will meet a certain amount of production daily. You will be required to rotate rack-loading positions on the rumble machine at Plant 3 & 4. You will examine each rack for quality. Ex. (no broken brick or boards and make sure voids are in the correct position).
Requirements
  • Must meet a certain amount of production daily.
  • Must be willing to cross train.
  • Have the ability to work unsupervised
  • Have the ability to work as a team player.
  • Be flexible to work in other departments when needed.
  • Keep a clean work area. Ex. (work area on the platform must be cleaned daily).
  • Have the skill to exercise caution around moving machinery.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift 20 lbs. constantly
  • Must be able to twist, bend and stoop frequently.
  • Will require repetitive motions.
  • Must be able to pick up brick from floor level frequently.
  • Hardhat, safety glasses, earplugs and steel toe shoes are required.
