As a Principal Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective project coordination. Your monitoring of project progress and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards will help maintain project efficiency and deliver high-quality results. You will report directly to our Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company's success by ensuring the successful execution of transition projects associated with New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. This position will be a part of the Integrated Supply Chain Engineering (ISCE) NPI organization, where you will collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Business, and Site stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead and manage complex engineering projects, focused on insourcing and transition activity.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while managing capital projects effectively. - Balance technical schedules and traits to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.

YOU MUST HAVE - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. - 10+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles. - Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, on quality, and within budget.
