Som P&O Business Partner ar du forstakontakt och en trygg partner for cheferna i ditt verksamhetsomrade. Du arbetar verksamhetsnara och bidrar med analys, vagledning och stod i bade vardagliga och mer komplexa personalfragor.

Du driver Peopleagendan genom att kombinera relationsbyggande, gott omdome och stark arbetsrattslig kompetens, och stottar i tillampning av effektiva metoder i ledarskapet.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer i det dagliga bland annat besta av:

  • Stodja chefer i dagliga fragor som ror personal, arbetsratt, rehabilitering, disciplinarenden och organisation
  • Arbeta proaktivt for att forsta verksamhetens behov och folja upp relevanta P&OKPI:er
  • Implementera och forankra P&Oprocesser och verktyg tillsammans med chefer
  • Stodja i forandringsledning, genomfora fackliga forhandlingar och stotta chefer i komplexa arenden
  • Stodja Performance Management, samt koordinera Talent & Succession Management och bidra till ett tydligt och engagerat ledarskap
