Familiarity with version control systems like Git, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Heroku), and testing frameworks such as RSpec is often required. Collaborating closely with in-house developers and participating in regular stand-ups or code reviews can also smooth the transition and ensure alignment with project goals.
