Job description

SUMMARY

The Rubber Press personnel will help with reading and understanding detailed instructions on how to run machinery that pertains to Rubber & or Fabric Seal Molding.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operation of presses assigned by the production schedule or molding foreman.
  • Loading and unloading of material and product from tooling.
  • Understanding how to read and comprehend work orders.
  • Follow work order instructions (Good attention to detail)
  • Notify their immediate supervisor of any excessive scrap and or problems with the jobs that they have been assigned.
  • Input daily production data into Industrios ERP system.
  • Maintain production rates and efficiencies consistent with the company goals and requirements.
  • Visual in process inspection to verify product and sign off accordingly.
  • Maintain proper part identification and traceability.
  • Suggest process and manufacturing improvements when and if the insufficiencies exist on opportunity improvements.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 5amm -3:30pm (10/4 schedule)

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
