Job description

Cuyahoga Falls is helping a Kent company that makes rubber seals and they are looking for someone to work in their Curing department.
The Curing Team is responsible for placing the custom reinforced inflatable rubber seal into aluminum molds for curing in industrial ovens.
Pay Starting rate: $14.50/hr.
Hours of work:
Standard hours of operation are 10-hour workdays, Monday through Thursday. Friday is used as a make-up day, with occasional overtime offered.
Employees are allowed to start anytime within two-hour window of 4:00am-6:00am.
Essential Functions:
Use of various tools such as socket wrenches, clamps and pneumatic impact guns
Lifting and loading heavy aluminum molds into industrial ovens
Excellent measuring skills
Strong hand-eye coordination
Physical Demands:
Standing 8-10 hours per day
Ability to move about the building as the job requires
Ability to endure heat and some chemical odors
