Position Overview
Love helping people find the perfect setup for an unforgettable day on the mountain? As a High Performance Center Technician at Mt. Hood Meadows, you'll combine your passion for skiing and snowboarding with hands-on technical expertise to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Whether you're fitting boots, dialing in demo equipment, tuning skis and snowboards, or helping guests select the right gear, you'll play a key role in building confidence and maximizing every run.
Working in our High Performance Center, you'll provide personalized recommendations, ensure equipment is properly fitted and adjusted for safety, and share your knowledge to help guests get the most out of their time on the mountain. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in ski and snowboard equipment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service and attention to detail.

This is a part- or full-time, seasonal position
Qualifications & Experience
