Job description

About Us

RTK Tickets is a dynamic and rapidly expanding operation at the intersection of entertainment, technology, and trading. From buzzer-beaters and sold-out stadiums to front-row concerts, we provide a comprehensive platform for buying, selling, and optimizing access to live events — and increasingly, other high-demand assets.

We're a fast-moving, data-driven brokerage redefining how markets are priced, traded, and optimized across entertainment and emerging asset classes. What began as a two-person idea has evolved into a 20-person team built on passion, precision, and performance.

Now, we're looking for an Quantitative Analyst to help us push our technology, modeling, and analytics to the next level. If you're excited by fast-changing markets, real-time data, and applying technical skills to real-world decision-making across tickets and beyond, you could be a great fit for our team.

What You'll Do

As a Quantitative Analyst, you'll help turn data into decisions. Working side-by-side with our risk team, you'll analyze market trends, build predictive models, and support the internal tools that drive how we buy and sell tickets.

You'll learn how live markets operate — where the data comes from, how pricing decisions are made, and how we manage risk across thousands of events. You'll also help test and improve the systems that power our daily operations, ensuring the team understands their value and uses them effectively.

This is a hands-on role combining analysis, communication, and creativity — where your work directly impacts how we operate.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Analyze datasets to uncover pricing trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities
  • Help build and refine models that forecast demand and optimize offers
  • Support the risk team with real-time data analysis and performance tracking
  • Communicate and document updates to internal tools and processes
  • Collaborate with engineers to test enhancements and refine system performance
  • Present your findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teammates

What You Bring

  • Strong analytical foundation, self-starter, and curious about markets
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel — required. Golang and R a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in quantitative, data, or analytical roles
  • Interest in product management, process improvement, or analytics tooling
  • Clear communication skills — able to explain complex ideas simply and confidently
  • Excitement about AI, automation, and cutting-edge technology
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Why You'll Love It Here

At RTK Tickets, you'll gain hands-on experience at the intersection of data, product, and live entertainment. You'll learn how real-time markets work — and help improve the tools that make them smarter.

If you want to launch your career where your ideas matter, your analysis drives results, and your work connects directly to the excitement of live events, we'd love to hear from you.

Interview Process

Our interview process includes several stages designed to assess both technical skills and team fit. Candidates should be prepared to meet with the hiring team for introductory conversations, which will be followed by a Python-based exercise that evaluates analytical thinking and technical proficiency. Final interviews include discussions with the hiring manager and senior leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary with opportunity for performance-based bonuses
  • Health and Dental insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching
  • Tickets to select live events
